CNC Turner Skilled Machinist

An established manufacturing company based in Birmingham requires a CNC turner skilled machinist.\n\nDuties:\n\n· Programming, operating and setting CNC turning machines with Mazatrol, Siemens and G code control systems.\n\n· Working from engineering drawings.\n\n· Using measurement/inspection equipment including verniers, bore gauges, micrometres etc.\n\nRequirements:\n\n· Minimum of 5 years CNC programming experience.\n\n· Competent on all aspects of setting tools, including understanding cutting speeds and feeds, boring, drilling, threading.\n\n· Understanding and the ability to work from engineering drawings.\n\n· Knowledge of CAD/CAM preferable.\n\nHours:\n\n· 7.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 7.30am to 12.30pm Friday.\n\nThis is a permanent position that starts immediately
