Freelance Construction Manager – Birmingham (City Centre)\nDuration: 10–14 weeks\nProject Value: £1M\nSector: CAT B Commercial Fit-Out\n\nA freelance Construction Manager is required for a fast-paced £1M CAT B fit-out project based in the centre of Birmingham.\n\nThe scheme involves works within an occupied building, so experience managing live environments and maintaining client/client-tenant relationships is essential.\n\nYou will be working with a well-established London-based D&B fit-out specialist, known for delivering high-quality commercial interiors.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Overseeing day-to-day site operations\n\n * Managing subcontractors and programme delivery\n\n * Ensuring safety, quality, and programme targets are met\n\n * Liaising closely with the project team and client representatives in a live environment\n\nRequirements:\n\n * Strong CAT B fit-out experience\n\n * Proven track record working in occupied / live buildings\n\n * Ability to manage tight programmes and coordinate trades effectively\n\n * SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid as standard\n\nStart: 8th June
