KM Recruitment is a specialist UK wide recruiter for the Skills and Employability sectors\n\nJob Title: Financial Services Assessor Trainer\n\nLocation: Hybrid Role (Home / field based) - Must be flexible with travel\n\nSalary: £32,000 - £35,000\n\nType: Full-time, Permanent\n\nDuties:\nAssess and coach Apprentices who are undertaking Apprenticeships in Financial Services up to Level 3.\nDeliver full training and support learners through their Functional Skills Maths and English to Level 2.\nRecord professional discussions on specific units / topics based on knowledge, independent research and reflective accounts.\nDelivering both remotely and face to face\nManaging your diary efficiently to ensure timely reviews are conducted.\nOrganise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.\nOvercome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.\nWork to learner review and completion timescales.Essential Criteria:\nMust have solid occupational experience within Financial Services, e.g. Banking / Financial Advice.\nMust hold a recognised Assessor award OR Level 3 Teaching qualification (or equivalent).\nExperience of delivering internal workplace training to colleagues, is highly desirable.\nConfident to deliver Maths and English Functional Skills to learners.\nExcellent IT skills and confident with the use of IT and online systems.\nFull, clean driving licence, and use of a vehicle (Must be flexible with travel, as and when required).Please note:\n\nKM Recruitment receive a high number of applications for each role advertised and although we would like to we are not always able to deliver feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
