You will work closely with senior consultants, learning how to identify, engage and place top talent for senior-level roles, while building strong networks across specialist industries.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Identifying and engaging high-calibre candidates for senior and executive-level roles
• Conducting market research and talent mapping within specialist sectors
• Building relationships with senior professionals and industry leaders
• Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process from search to placement
• Developing your commercial awareness and business development skills
