With a strong people-first culture and a commitment to high standards, the business places safety, wellbeing and sustainability at the heart of its operations.\n\nThe organisation is values-driven, fostering collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement, and offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.\n\nYour new role \nAs an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Business Partner, you will play a key role in drivingand embedding a high-performing safety, health, wellbeing and environmental culture across a geographically diverse operation.\nWorking closely with senior leaders and stakeholders, you will influence decision-making, provide expert advice and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards. You will contribute both strategically and operationally, supporting the delivery of key initiatives, continuous improvement programmes and transformation projects.\nYour responsibilities will include:\n\nPartnering with leadership teams to align EHS strategy with business objectives\nEnsuring compliance with UK legislation and recognised standards such as ISO 45001\nLeading risk management activities, including risk assessments and safe systems of work\nMonitoring performance and producing insightful reports to drive improvement\nSupporting audits, certifications and regulatory obligations\nLeading incident investigations and emergency preparedness activities\nCoaching leaders to build capability and accountability in EHS practices\nCollaborating cross-functionally on wellbeing, occupational health and sustainability initiatives\nThis is a field-based role with travel across the UK.\n\nWhat you'll need to succeed \nTo be successful in this role, you will need:\n\nA NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) in Occupational Health and Safety\nStrong knowledge of UK health and safety legislation and compliance frameworks\nProven experience in a senior EHS role within a complex or operational environment\nExperience managing EHS systems and standards (e.g.
