HVAC Engineer | Servicing & Breakdowns | Commercial Environments | East Midlands | £44,000 + Van & Package | Travel Time Package | Expected Earnings: £50-60K | Leading Service Provider\n\nWe are actively recruiting for a HVAC / Air Conditioning Engineer to carry out servicing and breakdowns within commercial environments across East Anglia. As the HVAC / Air Conditioning Engineer, you will be attending servicing, breakdowns, planned maintenance and remedial works to VRVs, VRFs, VAVs, split units, multi split units, DX units and similar commercial HVAC equipment.\n\nEmployment Package:\n\n * Role: HVAC / Air Conditioning Engineer\n\n * Industry: Building Services / Maintenance\n\n * Works: Servicing & Breakdowns\n\n * Base Salary: Up to £44,000\n\n * Expected Earnings: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum\n\n * Location/s: East Midlands / Up to maximum of 2 hour radius of home address.\n\n * Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00am - 5:00pm / 9 hour working day.\n\n * Travel time pay: Paid after 30 minutes each way.\n\n * Paid overtime available: x1.5 - x2 rate.\n\n * Call out rota: 1 in 6-8 weeks. £100 weekly standby + minimum of 4 hours pay if called out.\n\n * Company Van & Fuel Card provided (business use only)\n\n * 26 days holiday + bank holidays (total 34 days)\n\n * Company pension, income protection, private health & dental plans etc.\n\n * Employer: Leading UK Service Provider\n\nRequirements:\n\n * Must hold F-Gas certification\n\n * Must hold experience carrying out servicing and breakdown works across Air Conditioning / HVAC equipment within commercial environments.\n\n * Must hold a UK driving license with 9 points or under.\n\nIf you are an experienced, qualified HVAC Engineer / Air Conditioning Engineer and would be interested in this role, then please apply today by submitting a full CV
