Mobile HVAC Engineer

Job Title: Mobile HVAC Engineer\nLocation: Manchester Area\nSalary: £40,000 – £44,000 per annum\nWorking Hours: Monday to Friday – 8:00am to 5:00pm\n\nAn excellent opportunity has arisen for a Mobile HVAC Engineer to join a leading facilities management company, covering a portfolio of large commercial and industrial sites across the Manchester region.\n\nThis role offers a great balance of site-based and mobile work, excellent overtime potential, and long-term progression within a globally recognised FM provider.\n\nThe Role:\n\n• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works across HVAC systems.\n• Working on AHUs, FCUs, chillers, VRV and VRF systems.\n• Fault finding, servicing and repair of commercial HVAC equipment.\n• Supporting general building services maintenance where required.\n• Travelling between multiple commercial sites across the region using a company vehicle.\n• Ensuring all works are completed in line with health & safety and compliance standards.\n\nThe Sites:\n\n• Large-scale commercial and industrial environments\n• Modern facilities including office spaces, canteens and operational areas\n• Mixture of static and mobile working across multiple buildings\n\nPackage:\n\n• £40,000 – £44,000 basic salary\n• Monday to Friday working pattern\n• Company vehicle and fuel card provided\n• Overtime opportunities available\n• Call-out rota 1 in 4 (£150 standby payment)\n• 25 days annual leave + bank holidays\n• Pension scheme\n• Sick pay\n• Life insurance\n• Excellent training and progression opportunities\n\nRequirements:\n\n• HVAC / Air Conditioning qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent).\n• Experience working on commercial HVAC systems.\n• Strong knowledge of AHUs, FCUs, chillers, VRV and VRF systems.\n• Good fault-finding and diagnostic skills.\n• Full UK driving licence.\n\nThis is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HVAC Engineer looking for a mobile role with strong earning potential, varied work and excellent career progression within a leading FM business
