? Painters & Decorators Required - Stoke-on-Trent

We are currently seeking 2 experienced Painters & Decorators for a summer project based in Stoke-on-Trent (Keele area).

?? Role Overview

The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting and decorating work across a range of surfaces and environments.

? Key Duties

• Preparing work areas, including protecting fixtures and furniture
• Surface preparation (cleaning, sanding, filling cracks, removing old paint)
• Mixing and matching paints to required finishes
• Applying paint, varnish, and other finishes to walls, ceilings, and surfaces
• Hanging wallpaper and decorative finishes where required
• Measuring areas to estimate materials and time needed
• Ensuring all work meets client specifications and quality standards
• Cleaning tools and reinstating work areas upon completion
• Collaborating with other trades when necessary

? Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 8:30am - 4:45pm (30-minute lunch)
• Friday: 8:30am - 4:30pm (30-minute lunch)

? Contract Duration

• Start: Week commencing 29th June 2026
• End: 18th September 2026

• Must be reliable and capable of working independently or as part of a team
