- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum
- Build strong routines and expectations to support learning and behaviour
- Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching accordingly
- Work closely with your mentor and wider team to develop your practice
- Contribute to the wider school community
- Structured ECT induction programme with experienced mentors
- Clear guidance and consistent support throughout your training years
- Well-resourced classrooms and a collaborative staff team
- Opportunities for progression beyond your ECT years
- Currently completing (or recently completed) a PGCE with QTS
- Strong subject knowledge and understanding of the Primary curriculum
- A reflective approach and willingness to act on feedback
- Clear communication and classroom presence
- Commitment to safeguarding and professional standards
