SEMH / Behaviour Support Mentor (Secondary)\n\nLocation: Birmingham & surrounding areas\nPay: £100-£120 per day\nType: Long-term & day-to-day supply\n\nWe are recruiting Behaviour Support Mentors to work in mainstream secondary schools supporting pupils with SEMH needs, emotional dysregulation, and challenging behaviour.\n\nYou will work in:\n\n-Inclusion units\n\n-Isolation rooms\n\n-Reintegration programmes\n\n-On-call behaviour support\n\nThis role suits people who:\n\n-Stay calm under pressure\n\n-Can hold boundaries without confrontation\n\n-Are comfortable supporting pupils who test limits\n\nBackgrounds we welcome:\n\n-SEMH support\n\n-PRU or AP experience\n\n-Youth work\n\n-Care or residential settings\n\n-Military or sports coaching (with school experience)\n\nIf you can't command respect without shouting, this isn't for you.\n\nAspire People Limited provides services as an Education Agency and an Education Employment Business.
