Job Description

Senior Operations Lead – Delivery & Partner Performance

Department: Operations

Reports to: Director of Operations

Location: Hybrid – London HQ

Contract: Full-time

About Lean Kitchen Network

Lean Kitchen Network is a venture builder creating and scaling some of the UK’s most commercially successful and culturally relevant food brands.

We partner with companies like Heinz, PepsiCo, and Doritos to turn high-demand ideas into scalable, high-performing food concepts — operating across 300+ kitchens nationwide.

We’re building a new kind of food platform, combining brand, data, and operations to unlock growth at scale.

The Role

This is a senior, high-impact role with ownership of delivery performance across our partner network.

You’ll lead our Account Management function, own delivery revenue performance across platforms, and play a key role in shaping how Lean Kitchen scales.

This is about more than managing performance — it’s about owning one of the biggest growth levers in the business, driving partner success, and building the systems that take us to the next level.

What You’ll Do:

Own Delivery Performance (End-to-End)

  • Own and drive delivery revenue performance across Uber Eats, Deliveroo, and Just Eat
  • Identify and execute high-impact commercial levers (visibility, conversion, AOV, menu strategy, promotions)
  • Consistently test, learn, and scale what works across the network
  • Partner with Brand and Marketing to deliver campaigns that drive measurable growth

Drive Partner Success & Performance

  • Engage directly with license partners to support, challenge, and improve performance
  • Build strong relationships with operators, ensuring they feel supported and set up to succeed
  • Hold partners accountable to brand and operational standards
  • Use data to prioritise interventions and unlock growth across the network
  • Optimise brand-partner fit, ensuring the right brands are in the right locations

Lead & Develop a High-Performing Team

  • Lead, inspire, and develop a team of Account Managers
  • Set clear targets across GSV, operational KPIs, and partner performance
  • Build a high-performance, high-accountability culture
  • Coach and develop talent as the function scales

Build Scalable Systems, Tools & Processes

  • Develop SOPs, playbooks, and performance frameworks across 300+ sites
  • Improve and standardise reporting, dashboards, and performance visibility
  • Drive a data-led approach to decision making across operations
  • Implement and optimise tools such as CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot), reporting platforms (e.g. Looker Studio), and internal dashboards
  • Identify opportunities to use automation and AI to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability
  • Continuously evolve systems and processes to support future growth

Shape the Future of the Business

  • Act as the Operations lead within LKN
  • Feed partner and performance insights into product, brand, and growth decisions
  • Contribute to how Lean Kitchen evolves its partner model and scales
  • Bring ideas, challenge thinking, and operate as a senior leader within the business

What Success Looks Like (6–12 Months)

  • Strong, sustained growth in delivery GSV across core brands
  • Clear improvement in partner performance across the network
  • A highly engaged, high-performing Account Management team
  • Scalable systems, tools, and reporting embedded across operations
  • Tangible impact on how the business drives performance and growth

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years in multi-site hospitality, franchising, delivery operations, or partner performance
  • Proven ownership of commercial and/or operational KPIs
  • Strong understanding of delivery platforms and how to win on them
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
  • Highly commercial — understands which levers drive revenue
  • Strong systems thinker with experience improving processes and scalability
  • Comfortable using data, dashboards, and tools to drive decisions
  • Experience with CRM/reporting tools (e.g. HubSpot, Looker Studio) is a plus
  • Interest in automation, AI, and using technology to improve operations
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment

Why Join Lean Kitchen Network

  • Own one of the most important growth levers in a fast-scaling business
  • Work with leading brands and top operators across the UK
  • Operate at real scale (300+ locations) with meaningful commercial impact
  • High autonomy and real influence over how the business evolves
  • Be part of a passionate, ambitious team — and have a lot of fun while doing it
