Known for their dynamic culture and long-term client partnerships, they are a trusted delivery partner on major national infrastructure frameworks — offering strong job security and genuine career development opportunities.\n\nThe Opportunity\n\nDue to continued project wins and sustained growth, the company is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its expanding team.\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced QS to take a leading commercial role on large-scale energy and infrastructure schemes, while continuing to develop professionally within a supportive consultancy environment. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, with clear progression opportunities towards Associate level and beyond.\n\nThe Role\n\nAs a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be involved in:\n\nLeading the delivery of pre- and post-contract Quantity Surveying services\n\nManaging the commercial aspects of energy and infrastructure projects\n\nPreparing and reviewing cost plans, procurement strategies, and risk assessments\n\nOverseeing contract administration, change control, and commercial reporting\n\nLeading client meetings and supporting long-term client relationships\n\nMentoring and supporting junior members of the commercial team\n\nWorking collaboratively as part of a growing and high-performing project team\n\nOperating within a hybrid working environment, with a maximum of 2 days on site per week and the remainder worked remotely\n\nTravelling to project and client sites as required\n\nThe Candidate\n\nThe ideal candidate will bring:\n\nA degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline\n\nStrong consultancy/PQS-side experience (essential)\n\nProven experience delivering energy or major infrastructure projects\n\nExcellent commercial awareness and client-facing communication skills\n\nMRICS status or working towards chartership (support provided if required)\n\nThe ability to manage multiple projects and work with minimal supervision\n\nWillingness to travel as required for project and client commitments\n\nAmbition to progress within a growing, collaborative consultancy\n\nWhy Join?\n\nSecure workload across long-term national infrastructure frameworks\n\nClear progression opportunities to Associate and Director level\n\nMarket-leading reputation in infrastructure and energy consulting\n\nExcellent company culture with strong mentorship and professional development\n\nHybrid working with flexible arrangements and limited site attendance\n\nInterested?\n\nApply in confidence via this advert, or contact Ben Chappell directly at (phone number removed)
