Job Title: Senior Sales Executive – Local Market Development (Birmingham)\n\nLocation: Birmingham (Fixed Site Based)\n\nSalary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum (depending on experience) + Uncapped Performance Commission Realistic OTE: £40,000 – £50,000 in Year 1\n\nJob Type: Permanent, Full Time Hours: 37.5 hours per week\n\nAbout Apollogrid\n\nApollogrid is a fast-growing renewable energy company specialising in high-quality Solar PV and Battery Storage installations for domestic homes. Part of the Rahvolt Group, we are rapidly expanding our UK operations with a strong ambition to become one of the leading providers in the domestic green energy sector.\n\nWe are looking for a motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team in Birmingham. This is a fixed-site sales role focused on generating leads and driving customer acquisition for our renewable energy solutions.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales opportunities through on-site booth operations\n\n * Manage and coordinate part-time sales teams at the fixed location\n\n * Build strong relationships with local merchants, partners, and community stakeholders\n\n * Meet and exceed daily and monthly customer acquisition targets\n\n * Report performance and contribute to operational improvements\n\nWorking Pattern:\n\n * Monday to Friday: 09:00 – 17:00\n\n * Occasional Saturday work (maximum 1 per month) during peak periods\n\n * Rota issued at least 4 weeks in advance\n\nWhat We Offer:\n\n * Basic salary £30,000 – £35,000 + uncapped commission (OTE £40k–£50k in Year 1)\n\n * 30 days annual holiday inc.bank holidays\n\n * Company pension scheme\n\n * All work-related travel expenses fully reimbursed\n\n * Clear career progression in a fast-growing company\n\nRequirements:\n\n * Strong sales ability and excellent English communication skills\n\n * Mandarin / Chinese speaker is a significant advantage\n\n * Confident, outgoing personality with a results-driven mindset\n\n * Experience managing small teams is preferred\n\n * Reliable and comfortable with face-to-face / on-site sales work\n\n * Full UK Driving Licence (preferred)\n\nIf you are a driven sales professional with a passion for renewable energy and want to play a key role in our UK expansion, we would love to hear from you.\n\nPlease click Apply Now and submit your CV along with a brief note outlining why you are interested in this role and what you can bring to the Apollogrid team.\n\nWe thank all applicants for their interest.
