Senior Site Manager - New Build Housing / Residential\n\nSalary: £60,000 - £65,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance + Annual Bonus (after 1 year of service)\n\nThe Opportunity\n\nWe are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to join a well-established regional contractor delivering high-quality residential developments across the Midlands. The successful candidate will initially take responsibility for a new-build social housing schemes comprising a mix of 2 and 3-bedroom houses, bungalows, and apartment blocks.\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity for a driven construction professional with a strong commercial construction background and experience within new-build housing developments.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nManage projects from inception through to successful completion.\nOversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.\nCoordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labour.\nEnsure compliance with all Health & Safety legislation and company procedures.\nMonitor project programmes and proactively address any delays or issues.\nMaintain excellent relationships with clients, consultants, local authorities, and stakeholders.\nEnsure adherence to NHBC standards, building regulations, and quality requirements.\nLead site teams to achieve project objectives and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.\n\nRequirements\n\nProven experience operating as a Senior Site Manager on construction projects from start to finish.\nStrong background within commercial construction.\nPrevious experience delivering new-build housing or residential developments.\nExperience managing multiple trades, subcontractors, programmes, quality control, and site safety.\nAbility to oversee mixed-tenure residential schemes including houses, apartments, and bungalows.\nStrong understanding of NHBC standards, building regulations, and site compliance requirements.\nExcellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.\n\nEssential Qualifications\n\nSMSTS\nCSCS Black Card (or equivalent management-level CSCS card)\nFirst Aid at Work\nFull UK Driving LicenceLinsco is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy
